1st Trimester

This class will teach you the fundamental building blocks to support your pregnancy. It includes an in-depth education of your pelvic floor, core, and what changes to expect in your body. You will learn exercises to build connection with your deep core muscles that will be calming to the nervous system to aid with any hormonal symptoms that you might be experiencing, such as nausea, fatigue, or headaches.

2nd Trimester

Focusing on weeks 14-27, this class includes a deeper dive into prenatal exercises for safe and effective strengthening. You will learn how to manage the postural changes that are occurring as your baby and body continue to grow. Information is included on common pelvic floor conditions that may arise, what they mean, and how to address them.

3rd Trimester

This class will focus on weeks 27-40 with exercises designed to further build strength, provide comfort, and prepare the body for birth. You will learn pelvic floor relaxation exercises in preparation for labor and delivery. The class will include pushing techniques and information on different birthing positions.

4th “Trimester”

Focusing on the first 12 weeks after birth, you will learn how to reconnect with your core and progress safely into exercise. You will learn how to effectively recover from either vaginal or cesarean delivery with tips on how to reduce discomfort. We will discuss scar healing (both c-section and perineum), diastasis rectus abdominus care, and mechanics for breast/bottle feeding.
